Most tools run entirely in your browser. Where a tool uses server APIs, the transmitted fields are listed below.

  • Live Buzzer: Uses server APIs. Sends room title/settings, participant display names, join/buzz events, and host actions; room data is retained temporarily for live gameplay and audit.
  • Quiz Game: Uses server APIs. Sends quiz content/settings, participant display names, submitted answers, scores, and host controls; room data is retained temporarily for gameplay and results.
  • Exit Ticket: Uses server APIs. Sends prompt/settings, submitted responses, and host controls. Student names are only collected if the teacher enables name collection for that ticket. Room data is retained temporarily for live use and CSV export.
  • School Timer (STC): In-browser only. No class or student data is sent to server APIs.
  • Seating Plan: In-browser only. Class lists and seat layout remain local to your browser unless you print/export.
  • Random Student Picker: In-browser only. Names and settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to server APIs.
  • Group Maker (randomised): In-browser only. Class lists/settings are kept in localStorage and not posted to server APIs.
  • Group Maker (with preferences): In-browser only. Preferences and settings stay local in your browser (localStorage) unless you export them yourself.
  • Noise Meter: In-browser audio processing. Microphone access is used locally for level detection; audio is not uploaded. Preferences may be saved in localStorage.
  • Digital Whiteboard: In-browser only. Drawings, imported images, and JSON/SVG/PNG exports stay on your device unless you manually share exported files.
  • QR Code Generator: In-browser only. Your text, style settings, and logo image are processed locally and are not sent to server APIs.
